Training and Placement Cell in the institute plays a vital role and has become a key department of the institute. As there are large numbers of Engineering colleges coming up in Rajasthan , the competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one.

The objective of the T&P Cell is to look for a 100% employment of all the students therefore it follows policy of 'One Person One job'. A candidate selected for one job is further restricted to other recruitments.

(1) Arranging Campus Interviews of various organizations.  
(2) Institute Representative for the industry.  
(3) Arranging guest lectures of Eminent Personalities from Industry for career counseling.  
(4) Co-ordination for Industrial visits arranged by various departments.  
(5) Arranging MOCK INTERVIEWS, WRITTEN TEST & GD for the final year students.

-> Separate cell has been established with one full time staff incharge for placement. 
-> Training programmes are conducted periodically for the current students.
