Why such type of centre ?

Due to declining moral values, Centre for Ethics and Indian Management has been established at Engineering College Bikaner with a mission to promote ethical practices & Indian Managerial styles in organizations-through research and training. The vision of centre is that organizations will adopt ethical practices, and will induce change to improve the quality of people's lives. The centre aims to become a national research centre to promote responsible business practices that benefit business & society and which help to achieve social and economic development, particularly in the new market scenario.
